Order Processing

• In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days of your order being placed.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.

 

Pre-Order Items

Some KoaMalu Collective products are offered as pre-orders.

• Estimated production and shipping timelines are listed on each product page.

• Pre-order items are made specifically for our customers and may require additional production time before shipment.

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your items may ship separately or together at our discretion.

 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Hawaiʻi, Alaska, and U.S. territories.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
